BLEW my previous PB (9:02) out of the water! Was aiming to get under 9 min a mile, but was having a hard time staying just under the 9 min mark. I was either way under or a little over, so I decided to just maintain mid 8s for as long as I could. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could do it for the entire run! So psyched! TAI CHI FOR THE WIN!
