Notes
Drank the night before, so I wasn't really going for any PB here-- just hoping that I could finish a 5K without pain, and also sweat out some of the fun from the night before.
I don't know how-- perhaps it was the cross-training or something? But I ended up beating my all time best time for a 5K! Stoked!
Unfortunately though, my knees definitely weren't happy at the end. They weren't in PAIN per se-- but they were on the verge of it. Sigh.
