Really pushed hard today and CRUSHED my PB! First time getting multiple miles in the 7 min range... couldn't believe I was able to squeeze all three in! Felt like death doing so, but SO happy I pulled it off!

First day of my new training schedule given to me by a friend. So excited to see where it takes me!
