Failed Tempo Run. Was very sore from Soccer yesterday, but it didn't seem like it was any of my running muscles that were in pain. First two miles went great-- but then a HUGE painful cramp hit under my right rib-cage, that I just couldn't shake. The harder I pushed, the more pain there was, so unfortunately I had to slow to a jog to finish out the run.
