Notes
This was a fun race-- it was to raise money for an Elementary and a Middle School, and was hosted by them. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this event, and the course was easy enough, yet challenging. I say this due to the fact that it was a hilly course, that had both long and gradual climbs and descents, as well as two relatively steep climbs and descents. The shallower inclines allowed for a great pace increase on the downhill portions, and they were long enough that it actually gave a welcome reprieve after the climb to the top of them. In short... it felt like rest, after putting in work.
This wasn't my best time, but for it being so hilly, I'm pleased with it. I'll definitely be coming back to this one next year!
