After another four days of rest, my knees felt GREAT today, so I figured I'd give another run a shot. I made it about 1.2 miles before the knee started showing signs of tenderness-- so I began to walk. It started to feel better after walking for a bit, so I tried to run a little bit further. Apparently this was a bad idea, because it was long before I felt a sharp pain, and BOTH knees started aching again. After the run, my left knee was back in AGONY... and I wasn't able to walk down stairs again without the stabbing pain :( Back to square one. :(
