And you know what's great about not being a 16 year old boy...I have my own set of boobs that I can play with whenever I want...I can buy beer and porn and have sex whenever I want, too, and I don't have to sneak around to do it or be home by curfew. Yay, me! Big grin

OK, lets see how I fared on that one.

I can buy beer and .... nope, that was it. Yay, me!

Heh, the people I went to HS who were the most athletic and popular are almost universally the biggest dorks who have gone nowhere. The nerds are now the successful ones. This seems to be a pretty common theme.

My 10 year reunion is this year...and that is the main reason I want to go back. I was the middle of the road guy, I hung out with the jocks, nerds, band geeks, farm kids, and the cool kids. I pretty much talked to just about every group there was in high school. So it would be really interesting to see how life has treated them all and where they ended up.

That was me. I was a jock (track, soccer, cheerleading), but I was also in choir, theatre, competitive speech, photojournalism... At my 10 people were still about the same, but only about 1/3 of the class showed. My 20 is in 3 years and that should be interesting.

Seriously...why aren't there more comments on this....the mention of playing with your own boobs and nothing from any of the dirty minded guys around here....and I am way too new to make comments like that. So for now I just have to sit and wait until someone else makes some dirty comment... Evil grin

And as for buying the porn...who does that anymore with the internet? Big grin

sorry but i'd still wreck you in a half marathon. My 5k pace is 5:15....I'm in a lot better shape than you, just stop
lying to yourself, mmmkay?

First--I would hope you would. But, my point is that at your age, you should be running much faster. And when I was your age, my mile time was 4:43. BTW--what is the time for your last half-marathon? Cause dude, there's a bit of a difference between a 5K and a half or full marathon. My best time for a full? 2:40. You figure out the pace, brainiac.

A bit of advice for you, my young friend--you can be stupid, or you can be arrogant. Try not to be both at the same time.

Running without water is not a virtue. It's not smart to dehydrate yourself. I hydrate about every 2 miles, 1 mile if it's 85 degrees or hotter. Marathons schedule water about every 2 miles for a reason too.

McMillan converts my 5k time to a 4:42 mile, but of course the average high schooler has relatively low endurance as the distance increases(accordingly, a 4:42 is more common than a 16:20)...wanna guess my real mile time?
