"Anyone can do it in ideal conditions"- A quote from a true NE CN runner and friend.
Biked a rather hard hilly course about 60 miles round trip the other day from Sanford out into Shapliegh, Wakefield and back. If you want some hill practice let me know and we can go together one day.

Maybe cuch isn't just slogging her chubby thighs around. Maybe she's onto something. Or maybe she's slogging.
Or maybe she's slogging.
my intent is not to go fastah...it's to go longah. i am base buildin for the grand finalle in 9 months. everythin i do up to that point is buildin for that. it's all about that. everything else is a steppin stone. in 9 months i should be a little tank...a fit uninjured unstoppable little tank.
After all the arguing that's what Cremer and I decided yesterday. Not the tank part just the fit part and that this was all about the 100 miles. The fact that nothing hurts pretty much says it all I think.
Grats, It looks like you are the second to hit the 1K mark for 2012. I think Doug was the first.
What was I chasing again?
