2 mile warm up - 8:05 min / mile

3 mile tempo - 6:22 min / mile

2 mile Cool Down - 8:00 min / mile

Decent tempo - legs felt heavy to start with and at about 1 mile into the tempo portion I wasn't sure I would be able to finish but my body then sort of settled into it and in the end I ran it about as well as I could hope for right now. Not great, but not terrible either so I will take it.
