Notes
Legs sore and stiff a bit from doing strength training on them.
Week 7, day 1 program goal : Run 2.5 miles.
Ran the first mile without any major effort required, because I kept my pace slow and deliberate.
After the first mile it got tougher, but kept scaling back pace in order to make it. I noticed I felt very hot, like I was overheating--but accepted that feeling and ran anyways.
Successfully reached 2.5 miles, felt fantastic afterward. Was never so happy to drink water in my life.
