Unbelievably warm February morning. Met James and John at Peace Park to run the Columbia 1/2 Marathon course. John had already ran 4 and was wanting another 16. James said he just couldn't find another gear and dropped back at 9.25. John and I picked it up from 12 on in and got the average just under 8 a mile. My legs were a bit sluggish, but overall I felt pretty good. As long as I keep up the training I can still maybe break 1.5 hours in St. Louis.
