Notes

Did a yoga class before the run. I really need to get limber, but I am unbelievably tight. Should have run before to get the muscles warm. Next time. Hit the trail with a 48 degree afternoon. Took it easy but ran negative splits. Finally got over 40 miles. I hope I can keep it up.
