It was nice to see the sun today. Had a meeting during lunch so I didn't have a chance to run with the guys.
Legs felt like I was running faster than 7:00 pace overall, calves tight, lungs felt like I could keep running. Surges of :30 - 1:30 random intervals, just trying to avoid the ice.
