Decent run. Except for the pickups it was all at lower aerobic type pace. Warm day helped the HR get get up to the LA zone pretty easily. The pickups were possibly a bit long judging by the maximum heart rates reached. Combination of pickups & heat made the trip home a bit slower than normal for that heart rate.
