PERSONAL RECORD: Most mileage on a treadmill for a single run - 20.
This was an intense workout. I did one warm-up mile at around 8:00/mile - and then kicked it into race pace.
15 miles @ race pace - 1:42:06 - 6:49/mile
I worked in several incline/decline intervals throughout the run. These ranged from 0.1-0.2 mile increments - up to 7% and down to -3%.
I'm glad I got this one in on Sunday. It was a late start after Jen arrived home from a conference.
Great run... taper begins.
