Notes
The wind was some cold coming back from Fort Amherst! These morning runs are confusing - waking up just one more thing the body has to deal with. Oh and I nearly forgot my watch and I did indeed forget my HR monitor. Would've been interesting to see how the morning run compares to the evening run in those terms. Hill spring was fun - surprised how fast I could go... probs can go faster (not even including the fact that I relented at the end - very new experience). Kinda torn between strides and hill sprints, but I suppose they're both supposed to help my mechanics. Oh! And one last thing - I felt warmer at 15:41 so I hit lap to remind myself that all this biology stuff is real.
Ran in new tracksters and shirt - the medium long sleeve is a bit better than the medium short sleeve, medium tracksters are a bit baggy, but pretty good, non-performance wear. Oh, and that shirt is not very warm!!! What the hell, I bought the neon for winter running in the dark.
