I think that can be my usual recovery route from MUN, to be done on Mondays or Wednesdays till the trails are closed.... It was good. The uphill getting to Kent's Pond is annoying when you're trying to recover, but the way back is pretty easy (though to keep it slow if anything). Saw Brian, great spirited guy. Kept cheering me on. I wanted to tell him this one didn't count.

PS You can literally see how I went too slow, too fast, too slow and then just right into the 5:14-5:13. Goldilocks.
