Tried something different with the mile-paced on the treadmill. Instead of 400+ meters and double time, 60" and equal time. It was tough aerobically, complicated by some chest bug I'm fighting that only seems to matter at my ventilatory max. Very awkward with joggers on both sides to be breathing that hard.

It was the right decision to pull out after 6 instead of trying for more. Compensated with 4 all out sprints at 14mph and 15 incline. Was tough keeping on, especially because I was a bit muscle tired/had lost most of my bounce.
