Easy pace - 8:00 - 8:15 min/mile. This is a recovery week. If you're tired from yesterday's bike then cut it short.
Easy run down in CT. I cut this short from the recommended 90 minutes due to a cold wind and rain that came in. My legs were feeling a little tight (when stretched) in the morning from the long ride yesterday, but were feeling good towards the end of this hour running. Considering how tired I was this morning even after a good night's sleep, I think the extra rest today will be good, and running in the rain would not have been worthwhile today.
