4 hour computrainer ride. Take 15 minutes between classes to stretch, hydrate, socialize, etc. I'll provide you with some instructions during the course of the classes.

Endurance @ steady ride, RPE 3, Zones 2, low 3, cadence self-selected.

Long ride on the computrainer. I spent the night at Don and Elaine's, then rode through all three classes. I was on the IMOZ (36 miles) and IMLP cyclocross (56 miles) courses. Adding hills to a long trainer ride makes it much harder than a normal trainer ride! I felt good through most of the ride, but was exausted that night!
