timed swim--45 min. (don't worry about distance)

10 min. warm up--long and strong strokes

5 min. stronger swim, pick up kick and pace

10 min--ez swim again, just long & relax

10 min. strong--pick up kick and go for it

10 min. ez recover

OWS wetsuit swim. 50 degree water. I actually didn't feel too cold, but I'm sure it had an affect on me. I didn't feel like I could go fast during the 10min faster segment, but the earlier 5min one felt pretty good. I think the cold water made me breath faster though.
