Bundle up if it's cool.

Ran the intervals soon after the hot yoga session got out. The room was hot, but not as humid as it can be, so I didn't sweat too much during the class and was able to rehydrate before the run.

I did this on the 100m track and it roughly worked out to switching directions after 2 intervals. They all felt good.

3min recovery was 500m with 10-15 seconds standing before starting the interval. 4min recovery was 700m, with no standing time before interval.

About 1-2 hours after this run, I was completely exhausted and had to take a short nap. I just couldn't keep my eyes open or focus on work. I think was dehydrated afterwards even though I drank 3x24oz bottles during or after the run. I was similarly tired after the last two long runs of the last build cycle. Is that just due to fatigue from the workout, or related to a nutrition / nightly sleep issue? All of the above?
