Notes
I got up early-ish to run before it got too hot out, but it still wound up being 75 when I finished. It was going well for the first 2.5 miles or so, I felt pretty good and the pace and HR were under control. For the last ~1 mile, it was very tough to keep my HR even under 170. It's discouraging, because I want to say that this is too slow, but I didn't really feel like I could have kept this pace up for another 30 minutes. I'm definitely in the worst shape I've been in for at least 5 years.
