Notes

After yesterday, this run has to be considered awesome. No stomach pain and low humidity, so that was a plus. The pace was actually quite fast for the first 4 miles, since it was pretty much all flat and I was doing sub-8:40 miles. However, the last 3 miles of the run were rolling with some long uphills, so my pace suffered while keeping the HR down. All in all, a very good run.
