Nice easy run today around Plunkton Road. I'm wondering if I might not want to go even easier. The pace per mile is a little faster than I think it should be, but then again I ran what felt easy today. It was a good run, and I spent much of it considering the logistics of carrying supplementary glucose on long runs. I think I'm going to need some pockets.
