Notes

A very easy recovery style run. My legs were pretty tired from yesterday, which I guess stands to reason because I basically ran 10 miles at my marathon pace, then three more easy.

First mile was 8:30 and I didn't get much faster from there, which is fine by me. I'll probably do another one of these tonight after work, perhaps with some of those hill sprints I've been reading so much about.
