Perfect running weather. Cool (50°) and cloudy. Pretty standard out and back run w/the pooch. My hamstring started hurting about half way through, even though I was keeping the effort level pretty low.
Lifted weights for a few minutes afterward. Standard stuff (hit all muscle groups for a set or two each.) Felt a pop in my lower back on 3rd rep during deadlifts. Back is now in pain and locked up.
