Notes

Starting a new training routine (which I'll have to abandon for a week while I'm on vacation). Mondays will be 'long,' Wednesdays - track, Thursdays - short & easy, Saturday - race or tempo run.

It's a shame I can't go farther than about 6 miles for my long runs, because time after time, I start feeling good at about 4 miles. My 'system' (body type, cardio system) is set up to run long distances, yet my heel won't allow it.

Oh well...still a good run today, despite high humidity.
