Mile 1 - 7.0 mph, mile 2 - 7.5 mph, mile 3 - 7.0 mph.
The foot wasn't too happy today. I probably should have skipped this run, but I delusionally thought that maybe I could work the kinks out. Afterward, my achilles is pretty sore and tender (this injury has been all OVER my foot; from the heel to the instep to the top of the ankle and now to the achilles). Going back on a regular ibuprofen and ice regimen and may have to take it easy (easier) with the already minimal running I'm doing. I'll see if I can get motivated enough to hit the pool & bike trainer, too.
