Mi 1 @ 7.0 mph (8:42), mi 2 & 3 @ 7.5 mph (8:10/8:10), mi 4 @ 7.0 mph (8:44). Rt foot felt pretty good, after taking the weekend off. HR still higher than I'd like for that pace, but it'll come down.
