(w/Apollo). Even with a nagging head & chest cold, this one felt good. Anything much faster probably would have given me a coughing fit or winded me too much. Surprisingly, my heart rate stayed low, even with a slightly faster pace than usual (averaged 117 bpm). Weather was perfect for a run (cloudy, 55°), even though everyone around here is complaining about not having summer yet. Will hopefully put in a couple more easy runs this week. Not sure if I'll go hard before next week.
