Beautiful day! Sun, 64°. First time running back-to-back 4-milers in a long time. The cold has settled firmly into my nose AND chest, but with running at such a slow pace, I'm able to run through it (although post-run, I'm going thru the Kleenex like crazy and I've got a deep, raspy cough. No run tomorrow).
As for the title of my workout...Apollo is 11 months old today. Our obedience class instructor warned us a few months ago that many dogs revert to bad behavior at around a year old. He'd doing that in spades, almost like he's a different dog. My goal is to run him down so he'll be too tired to misbehave. So far, it ain't working.
