Slow & easy. My lungs were really tight today for some reason. Woke up feeling like I was catching a cold, but my guess is that it's allergies. My body is feeling just a tad beat up by my little streak (now at 10 days), plus I've been lax on icing. Going to ice the right knee and rt foot now. Another beautiful fall day today!
