Longest run since March. Decided on a change of scenery, after dozens of laps around the local park last week. Ran on the Centennial Trail by the Spokane River (where I did most of my bike rides this summer.) Kept the pace slow. Felt the hamstring tighten up a few times, so I need to be cautious. Cool, windy day. Broke out the beanie & gloves for this one. Does anyone else use one glove for the runny nose and one for the watering eyes, or is it just me? ;-)
