Notes
Finally showed up to run with my club again (it's been awhile). Ran the first 4.5 miles with Dan L. and Mike McDonnell. Kept up a nice pace and actually felt better than expected. 6 miles is usually my 'breaking point' for my heel. Even with the hills on this course, the body felt pretty good (heel pain: 1/5). Felt a tad of IT band tightness at about 5 mi, but nothing serious. All in all, a very enjoyable run. I think I've even talked Dan (and maybe Mike) into joining me at a local 5k next Saturday.
Now...more pullups!
