Notes

All slow except quickish 3rd mi (7:29). Ended up paying for the hilly 6-miler on Saturday. My heel protested about half way thru the run (probably shouldn't have run a quick 3rd mile today!) I'd rate it a 3 out of 5 on the pain scale. Not only do I need to continue taking days off between runs, but I should probably do short, easy runs after long and/or hard runs. My body seems to give me the beatdown if I don't.

For anyone interested in my attempt to break my PR for pullups in a week last week, I succeeded. Ended up breaking my old record of 273 with a mark of 305*.

*Real pullups, not those cheating, kipping things the Crossfitters do.
