Notes
Nice and easy recovery run. I had high hopes for this week, in which I had a 20-miler scheduled, but after today's run, I think my body is telling me this should be a "cut-back" week. I think my "half marathon double" over the weekend took more out of me than I realized. I'm feeling a little beat up and fatigued. I think I'll drop the long run this week, decrease my miles and pace, and hopefully go into next week ready to rock.
