@Glacier Peak HS track. Overcast, 45°, slight breeze. Started w/a 2 mi. warmup (17:22) and ended with a 1.25 mi. cooldown (10:22).
Did a reverse ladder workout:

Wow. The few fast twitch muscle fibers I still have were put through the wringer today. I'm sure that if anyone saw me during the 200's, I looked exactly like a distance runner trying to sprint. Also, my 2nd 400, which felt very tough, was still a slower pace than a 5:00 mile pace. I've got a LONG way to go. Got home and took a 15 minute ice bath.
