Notes

Pioneer Trails, overcast, 46°. Natalie had already run in PE at school, so she only ran the first half of this one. I definitely know I ran intervals on the track yesterday. Both calves are a little tight, along with my right hamstring, but what really has me worried is a very sore right groin muscle. I'll have to be careful the next few days, especially leading into my race a week from Saturday.
