First run since heel injury sidelined me 3 weeks ago. Felt some pain & discomfort during the run, but not enough to stop. The pain seemed more superficial than it had before (i.e. more near the surface than deep down). Did alternating ice/heat therapy after run. Went to PT a few hrs later. Going to ease back into running and monitor the heel VERY closely. So...the verdict? Not totally healed, but 'run-able', at least for now.
