Windy, but partly sunny & mid-50s. Natalie took the dog for a run, so I ran solo. Thought about going further, but knew it would be best to keep it short for now. I'm embarking on a very aggressive stretching program for my hamstring, including having my wife dig her heel into it (you have to pay for that in some places, if you know what I mean. I'll be here all week, folks) to break up the scar tissue. Fingers crossed (that I won't cry too much).
