Notes

Pushing the pace yesterday made this one harder, but running my hilly course on a warm and very windy day made it harder. Even felt my hamstring today, especially where it ties into my glute muscle (whine mode: off). Getting my fitness back is going to take much longer than I would like, but it's good to be back out there doing some running. Need to get the bike going soon, too, but work has been busy.
