Rolling hills, with Roger & Dan. Left hip flexor still tight and sore, despite self-massage last night & pre-run. I have to really dig my thumbs in to get it. Foam roller doesn't hit it, and I can't seem to isolate it via stretching. Going to try rolling on a tennis ball. Quads were still tired, too. I'm going to go easier on the bike trainer for a couple of weeks, still building up the time, but not pushing the gears.
