Beautiful, sunny (but chilly) day. Medium paced effort that felt harder than it should have, due to some pretty intense chest congestion. Might have to see the doctor soon. Feels like it might be bronchitis. On the bright side, taking three days off did allow my left hip (and right heel) to settle down a bit.
