Notes

Intentionally slow pace. Wanted to keep HR low and try to burn more fat than carbs. Carried no drink nor nutrition. Felt great, except rt knee/IT band got a little tight (and numb, oddly enough) near the end. Iced both knees & stretched afterward. Nice run to kick off a new month! Overcast, 43 deg.
