Notes

With Mill Creek Running Club (first time w/them). Tried to keep up with two lead guys so I wouldn't get lost. Ended up running at nearly race pace! Didn't plan to go that fast. I may have to re-arrange my week if I run w/these guys every Saturday morning. Right now, my long runs are scheduled for Fridays. That won't work if I end up busting out fast runs on Saturday mornings! But it was fun to meet the group & run with them (and drink coffee afterward!)
