I haven't done a pre-breakfast morning run yet this year. Now that summer is here in the great PNW, I wanted to get out before it gets too warm. Ran 5.1 miles last Monday, so this is my longest run of the year so far, by .1 miles ;-)
Kept the HR in zone 2, as usual (averaged 119 bpm).
Got a little heel pain (probably from Saturday's race), so it's time to ice.
