Partly cloudy, 45°. Pleasant running weather. Did my weekly hilly mile loop on the gravel trail around the park. Intentionally kept this one a bit slower than last week (I'm actually doing speedwork on the track on Wednesday.) Still ended up being a progression run, starting with an 8:45 mile and ending with a 7:58. Didn't feel as fresh as I did most of last week. Was a little tired and drained feeling, but not too bad. Easy recovery coming tomorrow, then the scary track workout on Wednesday!
