Cold, clear morning.
Natalie has been injured for several weeks now. She wasn't able to run in today's meet, so I took her out for a short & easy run to see how her hip felt. Still a little sore. More rolling & stretching for her! After the run, I bought her a donut & hot chocolate at Krispy Kreme. That greatly reduced any pain ;-)
This puts me over 20 miles this week, for the first time since early March. Still feeling some owies, but I think I can run through most of it.
