Felt good. Longest run since 1991. Wore Brooks fuel belt (still not sure how I feel about it). Drank 3 times, including at mile 5, when I ate two Shot Blocs. No stomach issues. Mile splits were:

The 8:41 split was when I was eating and drinking. Interesting that miles 8, 9 and 10 were the exact same times. If I feel good enough tomorrow morning, I'll finish up the week with an easy 3.5 mile run.
